Join me November 7th at the North Island Menopause Conference

Acupuncture, Movement, and empowerment through education. Focusing on Women’s health in all life stages.

Acupuncture Services

Acupuncture is a gentle, non-invasive, and supportive practice that works with the body's natural ability to regulate, restore, and rebalance.

It is often used as part of a broader approach to care—one that considers not only symptoms, but the full experience of what your body is moving through. Together with thoughtful conversations around lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and self-care, acupuncture can help support your health through every stage of life.

Pilates Classes

Pilates is a mindful movement practice that helps build strength, improve mobility, and support the way your body moves through everyday life.

Whether you're recovering from injury, navigating pelvic health concerns, or adapting to the changing needs of midlife, classes are designed to meet you where you are. Through thoughtful, evidence-informed movement, Pilates offers an opportunity to reconnect with your body, move with greater confidence, and build lasting resilience.

Workshops

Workshops offer a welcoming space to explore health through education, movement, and shared experience. Each workshop blends practical knowledge with a whole-body approach, inviting curiosity about the many ways we can support our health through different seasons of life.

Topics may include women's health, pelvic health, Chinese medicine, seasonal living, and mindful movement, creating opportunities to learn, connect, and care for yourself in a supportive community.

North Island Menopause Conference

Join me, and a number of other fabulous presenters, November 7th at the North Island Menopause Conference in Campbell River! I will be offering two presentations:

The Three Foundations of the Menopause Transition: A Chinese Medicine Approach to Balance, Resilience & Your Second Spring

Menopause is often approached through the lens of symptoms, decline, and something to be fixed, but Chinese medicine offers a different perspective. It views this stage as a natural transformation that invites us to better understand our bodies and support our changing needs. In this experiential presentation, we will explore the three foundations of Chinese medicine, Jing, Qi and Blood, and Yin Yang balance, and how these concepts relate to the physical, emotional, and energetic changes experienced throughout perimenopause and menopause. Through education, guided movement, breathwork, body awareness, and an introduction to acupuncture and acupressure, attendees will experience practical ways to reconnect with their bodies, support regulation, and build resilience through this transition. Participants will leave with a deeper appreciation of their body’s wisdom and a new framework for navigating midlife with confidence and trust.

The Three Foundations of the Menopause Transition: Reconnecting With the Wisdom of Your Pelvis: A Chinese Medicine Perspective

The pelvis is home to many of life’s most significant transitions, yet it is often understood only through anatomy or symptoms. In this experiential workshop, we will explore the pelvis through the lens of Chinese medicine, using the foundational principles of Jing, Qi and Blood, and Yin-Yang balance to understand the changes that occur through perimenopause and menopause. Through guided movement, breathwork, body awareness, and an introduction to acupuncture and acupressure, participants are invited to reconnect with the wisdom of the pelvis, supporting balance, regulation, and a greater trust in their changing bodies. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of pelvic health through Chinese medicine and a renewed sense of connection to their body’s natural capacity to adapt and transform.
